Flaws: Doesn't always think things through, a little too quick to stand up for herself if she thinks she or someone close to her is being insulted, quick to battle, a little overprotective of her Pokemon, over-inflated ego
General Personality: Lucy has always been reckless at heart. From the time she could understand how she was using her mother's Pokemon for play battles with the older kids. They usually let her win because she was only a toddler, and that sort of went to her head. She ended up getting so good that she won most of the time, even when they tried to win, and that only made the problem worse. Maybe that was what sparked her love for battling. It would certainly make sense.
Yet Lucy ended up a Breeder. That's probably from how much she likes to take care of Pokemon. She considers her Pokemon her best friends, partners, and kind of her children. Because of this, she will do reckless stuff with them, but also be somewhat overprotective at times if she doesn't think they can handle something. On the other hand, Lucy will stand up for herself and her Pokemon if she feels they've been wronged or insulted. She's extremely loyal to them.

Basic Appearance: Lucy has red hair and eyes, an interesting combo that definitely shows off her fiery spirit. She almost always wears a smirk to match them. As for height, she's fairly short, only aboout 5' 2". It's probably best if you don't mention that to her though.
Preferred Clothing: Lucy doesn't really have a favorite outfit. She just pulls on whatever she has, whether its a large sweatshirt or an inside-out t-shirt. She'll wear pants or shorts or even skirts, and it doesn't really depend much on the weather. However, one thing you will always see her in is sneakers. She hates flip flops with a passion, and will only wear sneakers or go barefoot.
Family: Nobody playable. She's an only child, and her parents are far off.

History: As you already know, Lucy was a fairly reckless and bold child growing up. Her parents certainly had their hands full, which must have been why they only had one child. All through her life she's loved Pokemon, spending every moment she could either adventuring or playing with them. Or both. Because of this, she was always thrilled with the idea of getting her own Pokemon and raising them off on her own. She knew she could do it. Her parents still did their best to train her for the day when she would raise her own Pokemon, making sure she knew what to do if one was sick or injured and knew not to stress them too hard.
The day arrived. Lucy went to the center, decided to become a Breeder who would still act like a Trainer in most ways, and picked out her two Pokemon. The Shinx she picked because it came right up to her and sniffed her, not acting the least bit afraid. The female seemed just like her. The Cyndaquil was another story. Him she picked because he seemed more afraid of than other Pokemon than her, and he was so cute. Then they set off on their adventures. The two Pokemon didn't really get along at first. But soon, all three of them became the best of friends. They learned to depend on and love her and each other, and she grew to do the same for them.
Quil evolved first, and just recently. They were all startled a bit by it, Inx especially. She'd always assumed that she would evolve first. It gained the male more respect in her eyes. Then she evolved a level later, and everything was back to normal. But now, if she squints, Lucy can see what seems like affection in the way the two Pokemon interact. She hopes that maybe their small family will grow quite a bit soon.

That crazy jerk had almost run him over with that motorcycle. "There's something called sharing the road, you know!" He was too far away to hear her now, but she still kept yelling. Maybe he'd get pulled over by the police for speeding or reckless driving...
She felt paws on her shoulder, and turned her head to see Inx. The yawning Luxio had apparently finished her nap in Lucy's sweatshirt hood, or been rudely awakened by a passing maniac, and had come out to see what all the fuss was about. Lucy's scowl slowly disappeared. "It's nothing to worry about, Inx. Just some jerk who nearly ran over Quil." Inx looked the way he had gone, and hissed loudly. "I know, right? The road's just not safe for adorable critters like you two any more.
Quil let out a whine, and looked up at her with big eyes. Lucy sighed, then smirked slightly. "Yes I'll carry you. Can't have one of my buddies getting run over, can I?"
Other: For some reason, her voice to me sounds a lot like Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle. Weird. XD
