General Personality: Out of the twins, Gabriel is the strategist. He's the one who plans things out and knows as much as he possibly can about what he needs to. However, he's sort of detached from his emotions. He doesn't really feel pity, and the only love he feels is for his sister and his Pokemon. The only emotion he will actually show is anger, and that's more of an icy fury when he gets angry. Otherwise, he's civil to anyone except Team Shadow, though even to friends he seems uncaring.

Basic Appearance: Gabriel is blond, with light blue eyes. He's fairly tall but skinny, and it wouldn't hurt him to eat a little more. He has one tattoo, a wispy black one running up his left arm. It starts at the ends of his fingers in a glove and ends at his elbow with what looks like shards of ice or glass. Otherwise, he's pale with no freckles.
Preferred Clothing: Usually he wears white, lavender, and light blue to contrast with his sister and show off that he's the Psychic-type trainer. When he is battling, he wears short sleeves to show off the tattoo.
Family: His mother and father live somewhere else, perfectly happy without him and his sister. He tries not to think about them much. Otherwise, his only relative is his twin sister Sophie, the other Sirrus Champion who he's very close to.

General Personality: Unlike her twin, Sophie doesn't really plan things. She just goes for it. She has a reckless but spirited nature and will dive into things without hesitation. Part of this is that she really shows emotions. If she's sad or happy, she'll show it with no block or filter. If she's angry, you probably want to run, because she won't hold back.

Basic Appearance: Naturally, Sophie has black hair with blue eyes. However, she keeps her hair short and dyed pink and black, and she wears pink contact lenses to help her sight. She can't really see well without some kind of eye wear, and she doesn't want to wear glasses. Sophie has a tattoo on her right arm, a wispy black one. It starts at the ends of her fingers in a glove and ends at her elbow with a black flame design. Her pale skin is covered with several less noticeable tattoos, like a flower on her ankle and small wings on her back.
Preferred Clothing: Usually she wears what she likes, which usually involves black and pink. You can find her in anything of those colors whether it's a dress, a t-shirt and shorts, a jacket and pants, or a bathing suit. However, one thing stays the same. Whenever she battles at her brother's side, she always makes her arm tattoo as visible as possible.

Twins' History: The Montague family was fine until their twins were born. The couple loved each other very much, and were looking forward to having kids. When they found out that they were having twins, they were even happier. They'd have two little babies now, two cheerful happy kids. Then the twins were actually born. Though the two looked almost exactly alike, there was a difference. The girl had black hair, but her brother was blond. That's when their father started to worry that their mother had been having an affair with someone else. Both parents had blue eyes and black hair.
Later they found out that both kids were theirs. Both parents had passed down their recessive blond genes to their son and at least one had given their dominant black hair gene to their daughter. Still, that tension and loss of trust for a little while left a mark on the family. The parents didn't know who to blame, so they took it out on their kids, mostly Gabriel. They weren't quite as kind to him as they were to Sophie. Sophie took his side. When the kids finally got their first Pokemon, they split ways and haven't had much contact since. It's possible that the twins have a younger sibling or two that they don't know about.
The two teamed up for pretty much anything they did. Apart, they were good. Together, they were unstoppable. They took the Gyms and by storm, and when the eighth gym leader was defeated by them, he gave each their own mission. The two separated, each going to find their own Legendary Pokemon. They didn't even know what they were looking for. When they next met, Gabriel had befriended a Cresselia and Sophie had partnered with a Darkrai.
The rest is history. They trained more, learning to work together with the new Pokemon, and then they took on the Elite Four and the Champion. Beating the Champion wasn't easy, but they did it. To this day, they still hold the spot as the most powerful Trainers in Sirrus, a lasting reminder of what teamwork can do.
