*Cold weather, especially snow
*Blending in and not being noticed, it's a good way to avoid those you don't want to see you
*Being independent, depending on someone makes him feel like he owes them
*Taking risks and fighting, as long as he's not too outnumbered
*Being mysterious, it's always good if nobody but you knows your inner secrets
Dislikes:
*Hot, dry weather, no way you'd catch him in a desert
*Being in the spotlight, having everyone notice him
*Depending on someone else, it makes him feel week and indebted to that person
*Being stuck in one place for a long time
*Having people know everything about him, it makes him feel open to the world and insecure
Strengths:
*His Pokemon battling. They're a strong team.
*His stealth. He's good at sneaking around.
*His confidence, at least on the outside. It's reassuring to have someone who appears to know what he's doing on your side.
*His secretiveness. It gives him confidence that nobody knows everything that goes on in his head.

*His pride. It gets him into unnecessary fights, and gives him a horrible temper if you insult him.
*His bitterness. He's really a pessimist, and tends to only see the negative side of everything.
*His social skills. They're severely lacking, but he can usually manage a brief conversation without offending the other person too badly. He's also blunt and sarcasm is a favorite weapon of his.
*His refusal to get help from anyone. He believes that he can take care of himself just fine.
General Personality: Seiji is one of the mysterious loner types. He's a nomad, traveling from place to place and stealing food or working odd jobs to get by. He rarely interacts with others, but when he does, his bitter and pessimistic nature really shows. He won't hold back his opinion no matter how blunt or offensive, and sarcasm is popular with him. Good luck squeezing personal info out of him, it takes a person he really trusts for him to let most things go. From a guy who wouldn't trust a soul with his life, that could take awhile.

When everything's made to be broken

Basic Appearance: His short, straight hair is white. The bangs hang down over his eyes. His eyes are dark red, and usually have a cold and sharp look to them. His skin is tanner than most peoples'. He's over six feet tall and slim.
Preferred Clothing: Seiji's clothing is usually just normal, everyday wear. His goal is usually to blend in, so wearing a bright red outfit would not help too much. Around his neck, he wears a thin bronze chain necklace that he refuses to tell anyone about. He always keeps his Pokemon with him, and other important items are kept in a plain looking pack he wears.
Family: He doesn't know his real parents. His adopted mother is a woman called Koda who might actually be a Pokemon or part-Pokemon, and last he heard, she was living in the mountains. They don't often talk.

History: Seiji's earliest memory was of cold, icy bitter cold. His next is of a young, bronze-skinned woman with golden eyes as she sang to him and rocked him back and forth in her arms. Later in his life, she told him a story. The woman, called Koda, had left her city home for reasons that she never had shared. She was at the base of a snowy mountain and climbing higher when a baby's laugh startled her. She looked over, and lying in the snow was a baby boy. Koda adopted Seiji and raised him as her own. She taught him the skills of a thief and a Pokemon Trainer. He also learned another important skill, survival. When Seiji was fifteen, Koda met someone, and they fell in love. Soon, they told Seiji that they were engaged. Seiji was happy for them, but decided to leave and find his own path in the world. Koda reluctantly agreed, and Seiji set out alone. His mother's teachings have been very helpful, and he's spent a couple of years away from home. Personally, it's a little warm for his liking, but he enjoys the risk of being in a new place. Along the way he met and trained his Pokemon, though his Beartic sort of grew up with him. But there's one more notable thing. At one point he stopped in a field and picked a Gracidea flower for help in catching a Shaymin. Soon after, he befriended Ryuu, who he thinks is a Deerling but in human form. He has no idea that Ryuu is actually a Shaymin, not yet at least

You forgot the thing about him meeting Ryuu, they've already met. But that's a minor detail that can be overlooked. You also forgot his POkemon levels, but I expect you to put that in his PC Box. :3
