General Personality: Caiden is a very quiet and curious individual. He prefers to stay by himself rather than be around others. He also tends to wander a lot, as well as stay hidden. He's kinda shy too, and has some relationship issues. However, if a stranger seems friendly enough he might go talk to them for awhile. Interesting Pokemon are a great conversation topic, as he adores them.

Basic Appearance: Caiden has short, light brown hair, as well as the same color eyes. His skin is tanned from his spending so much time outside. He also has a very light dust of freckles on his face that aren't usually noticeable.
Preferred Clothing: Caiden usually wears a dark gray outfit of pants and a t-shirt. Sometimes he also wears a heavy coat and thick pants depending on the weather. His shoes are normal people wear.
Family: He isn't that close to his Mom and Dad, and left home partly because of them. However, he loves his younger sister Caila a lot.

History: Caiden was born into a fairly wealthy family. Growing up, he was always picked on and bullied by other kids. His father sent him to work at the local Pokemon Lab, and what he saw amazed and inspired him to be a researcher. The teen learned there how to be stealthy and quiet. Originally, Caiden was going to inherit his parents' business. However, after being sent to the Lab to learn order, he wanted to go see what kinds of Pokemon were out in the world. He had many fights with his parents, though his sister was supportive. One night, he couldn't take it anymore, so he wrote Caila a goodbye note and left. He visits her a lot, and usually stays in towns and cities as he travels. It was on one of these travels that he found his Chespin. It wouldn't stop following him, so they teamed up. He later found out that it's deaf, and isn't sure why. The Sawsbuck he caught as a Deerling because he could have sworn Deerling looked different than that, and it still amazes him how they change their look when the seasons change.
...That maybe sometimes goodbye is a second chance.
